Robert Martinez is a seasoned business executive and real estate entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience spanning technology leadership, retail operations, and real estate services. Currently serving as Head of Customer Success and Innovation at Navigent AI Consulting, he specializes in driving AI adoption for real estate and property management firms while leading client success operations and product roadmap development.

Robert’s extensive background includes 12+ years at H-E-B, where he progressed from Senior Manager to Director of Information Solutions, leading global teams across San Antonio, Manila, and India. He spearheaded technology solutions for shopper loyalty, advertising, customer insights, and loss prevention, delivering high-quality software solutions for millions of customers.

As Broker/Owner of Mhoment Realty LLC since 2019, Rob applies his customer experience expertise to real estate, focusing on building long-term relationships through education and exceptional service. He is also a property manager with various residential properties in his portfolio. His entrepreneurial ventures also include serving as Chief Technology Officer for Clear Method Resource Group, where he led technology innovation in the medical device and healthcare space.

Rob holds a BBA in Finance from Texas McCombs School of Business and an MBA in Marketing from Texas State University.
